These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of https://promptua.com and all services offered by Promptua (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our digital services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital products including Telegram bots, automation flows, AI tools, integrations, forms, booking systems and related development services. All deliverables are provided digitally.
2. Ordering & Payments
- Payments must be completed before development begins.
- Custom projects start only after requirement confirmation.
- We use Razorpay (or equivalent processors) for secure payments.
- We do not store or process card or UPI credentials.
3. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery time is 24–72 hours depending on project complexity. Larger or custom workflows may require additional time, communicated in advance.
4. Usage Restrictions
- You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our bots or workflows without written permission.
- You may not misuse the bots for spam, harassment, illegal activity or violating Telegram/WhatsApp policies.
- Reverse engineering, cloning or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Once development begins, refunds are generally not issued.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, bots, workflows, designs and documentation remain property of Promptua unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a license to use the delivered services for their business.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for losses arising from:
- Platform outages (Telegram, WhatsApp, hosting, Razorpay, etc.)
- Incorrect usage by the client
- Third-party API changes
- User-side configuration issues
8. Support
Standard support is included for 30 days. Ongoing maintenance plans are optional.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services for misuse, violation of these Terms or illegal activity involving bots or automations.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed under Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
